Expect competent, up-to-date representation
CapelleKane means confidence in dealing with Canadian immigration
authorities. Whether you are entering Canada on a temporary,
or permanent basis, knowing that qualified professionals who
are dedicated to excellent client service represent you, is
vital for you and your family. Our lawyers stay ahead of the
latest changes to laws and policies by attending conferences
on new practices and strategies and continually tracking changes
to immigration publications. Ongoing legal education is one
key to the firm’s success.
Corporate and Personal Services
Much of CapelleKane’s work involves assisting Canadian
and Multinational companies with the recruitment of foreign
workers to Canada. As well, we assist employees with permanent
relocation to Canada. However our practice is frequently dedicated
to personal matters such as assisting Canadian citizens and
permanent residents of Canada with securing permanent resident
status, or Canadian citizenship for family members residing
inside or outside Canada. A key component of these cases consists
of helping individuals and family members to access the ‘in-Canada’
application classes. A large percentage of our work is devoted
to ensuring the retention of temporary status in Canada. Temporary
status in Canada in some cases may be the basis for permanent
admission to Canada via the in-Canada application processes,
or through the usual outside of Canada procedures.
When you deal with CapelleKane, you’re dealing with
lawyers
When dealing with CapelleKane you are at all times dealing
with our lawyers. Our firm does not associate with representatives
outside Canada. Furthermore, we do not offer commissions,
or any consideration for the referral of prospective clients.
CapelleKane is committed to high quality services for our
clientele, and make a point of personally providing all the
legal services we offer our clients.
