Betsy is highly knowledgeable in the completion of work permit and permanent residency applications. Her thorough reviews made our application a breeze. She is also well informed on port of entry procedures. It has been a real pleasure working with Betsy. We highly recommend her services.

Rishi & Abi, Spousal Sponsorship

After receiving three visa refusals for my wife to join me in Canada, we found Capelle Kane. Betsy was extremely accommodating. She took the time to educate us about our rights under Canadian law. She provided excellent services to us when we most needed it.

Tarek Yakub, International Student

I have relied on Capelle Kane’s expertise since 2010 when I was appointed a Canada Research Chair by a Canadian University. Phil Capelle has and continues to guide us through the constantly evolving complexities of dealing with Service Canada, the Canada Border Services Agency, the Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program, the North American Free Trade Agreement and of course, IRCC. His capacity to identify and address both short and long term hurdles and objectives is invaluable.
